• To engage in diving sessions, you must know how to swim.
• Everyone must fill up a liability release and medical form for the deep dive in Dubai.
• If you have any medical issues, you need to get an approval form from the doctor before diving.
• Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the diving session time.
• Every elder aged 50 years must get an approval form from the doctor to participate in the activity.
• Those who are younger than 18 years old must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians.
• You cannot bring any outside equipment into the attraction.
• You can bring a mask, gauge, films, cameras, and breathing regulators.
• However, you cannot bring cylinders, wet or dry suits, and diving boots.
• If you have any other activities planned after the daytime session, you should wait for 18 to 24 hours before ascending to 300 meters.

Once you book the tickets to Deep Dive Dubai, you cannot cancel them, and hence no refund.
